In store vs online
Not all of our products in our store are online (particularly the gifts). If you have seen something on a recent visit and want to purchase it without coming into store we are happy to take orders over the phone 03 595 2624
Accounts
To purchase online you will need to create an account. Click the Register button on the main menu. Even if you have shopped in-store and are part of our loyalty programme you will still need to create an account. Once you create your account, as long as it is the same email you are using with the loyalty system your account will sync and you will be able to see your account balance. Store Pickup
Picking up an item in-store will save you the courier fee. To avoid the courier charge please ensure you choose "Pickup In store" at the cart stage of your order.
If you do not click pickup in store and put the delivery address as the shop you will still be charge the courier fee. If you do this by mistake then let the staff know and they will happily refund you the fee when you pickup your order up.
