Online vs Instore
Not all of our products online are in both of our stores. If you have found something online and plan on coming in especially to try it on, it might be worth either ringing one of our stores or sending them a message to check that it is available at the shop you want to visit - we can transfer between the stores for no extra charge (see below)
If the product you want is not available at the store you want to visit then we can transfer between stores free of charge for you to try on. This typically takes 1 business day.
Picking up an item in-store will save you the courier fee. To avoid the courier charge please ensure you choose "Pickup Instore" at the cart stage of your order.
If you do not click pickup instore and put the delivery address as the shop you will still be charge the courier fee. If you do this by mistake then let the staff know and they will happily refund you the fee when you pickup your order up.
